Jeffrey William Brock is opening a new bar - Bar Cecil - in Palm Springs, with a theme celebrating the art of the eponymous Cecil Beaton.The location will be at 1555 S Palm Canyon Dr STE H104, the previous location of Kiyosaku, and is slated to open sometime in mid-February.Due to COVID precautions, reservations are required for all guests.
